FOCUS

Build a foundation

The fall program is designed to build a good foundation for the winter months while remaining fresh enough to compete on weekends.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS

Based off assessment

Players train alongside others, but exercises are catered towards individual strength, mobility, positional and performance needs.

PROGRAM FEATURES

TAILORED FOR BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

  • We play a highly explosive extensional/rotational sport. The demands on the field require a calibrated programming approach. Offseason planning must manage to build a foundation, improving strength, explosiveness, and durability, while correctly ramping up for the spring.

  • Train with players of the baseball community under a coach who's studied, played and trained at a high level.

HITTING

  • Position-players spend 30-40 mins at the early part of the lift doing tee work and hitting BP (with me) before heading over to lift.

  • More efficient than traveling to other facilities to practice afterward.

WHY TRAIN?

COMMIT TO A MORE EXPLOSIVE, DURABLE, MOBILE, HIGHER-PERFORMING VERSION OF YOURSELF.

Serious players begin to separate themselves from the pack by strength training, improving agility, conditioning, and overall skill.

Toady's collegiate and pro athletes are stronger, more explosive, mobile, and durable than ever. Despite this, today's typical high school player is physically inferior and trending poorly.

Why? The American diet, dwindling activity, and hours of fortnite are just a few explanations.

What does this mean for you?

  • College recruiters are feverishly searching for good-bodied, hard-working kids. Unfortunately, they are having a tougher time finding them. The elite players are rapidly separating themselves while the rest of the pack continues to grow far less appealing.

  • The number of games increases while practice and specific skill work decrease, the need for players to take the initiative and self-improve are larger than ever.

It's your responsibility to do something about it. The players who take control, want to learn, and take ownership of their careers are ultimately the ones who make it the furthest.
