Outdoor Lessons available in Suffolk County.
To integrate receiving, blocking, and throwing (in that order of importance) seamlessly while managing the stress and complexity of in-game situations.
Pitch calling, bunts, recovered blocks, plays at the plate, pop-ups, and other atypical and highly athletic plays!
Players will learn how to read hitters mid-pitch, how to understand and coach their pitcher, and how to utilize this information to plan pitch sequences.
Players educated on various next-level psychological tactics: Concentration, meditative practices, creating a positive and winning mindset, calming nerves, overcoming the fear of failure, handling failure, and adversity.
Proper warm-up, mobility work, skill-work, cool down, and soft tissue work included. Arm care is available also.

HITTING, PITCHING AND FIELDING LESSONS
Create an individualized swing based on the player's strengths and biomechanics. Build a clear understanding of the hitter to allow them to make their adjustments!
Hitters will learn how to handle specific in-game scenarios. We will discuss how to pick up pitcher tendencies and how catchers will call a game against them.
Players taught various next-level psychological tactics: Concentration, meditative practices, creating a positive and winning mindset, calming nerves, overcoming the fear of failure, handling failure and adversity.
Emphasis on challenging drills. We must venture about our comfort zone and learn to hit faster pitching, breaking pitches and competing against more advanced pitch sequencing. This unique focus of our lessons has benefitted many players.
We utilize a collegiate-level hitting progression to build consistency and prepare athletes for the next level. Proper warm-up, mobility work, cool down, and soft tissue work included.
